Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a proficient DevOps engineer with extensive experience in AWS, Terraform & self-hosting applications.

Responsibilities

• • • Design, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
    • Implement and manage AWS services, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
    • Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of self-hosted applications.
    • Monitor and optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
    • Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline deployment processes.
    • Implement CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure components.
    • Implement and enhance security measures for both AWS infrastructure and self-hosted applications.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
    • Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive DevOps best practices and continuous improvement.
    • Set up and manage monitoring tools to proactively identify and address potential issues.
    • Participate in incident response and resolution activities.

Required Qualifications

• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in DevOps.
  • Strong proficiency in AWS services and infrastructure as code (IAC) using Terraform.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell.
  • Familiarity with Docker and understanding of containerization concepts.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

• • Experience with self-hosting applications.
  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).
  • Additional experience with configuration management tools.
  • Knowledge of other infrastructure as code (IAC) tools.
  • Exposure to additional scripting languages.
