Planning: Ability to plan out the testing process and tracking the bug progress. 

Documentation & Organizational Skills: Timely delivery of the test data compilation & implementing the records. 

Picky and attentive: Should have ability to pick up the defects & tackle the defects at the point of time of execution 
Strong Observational & Analytical Skills: Should own the skills to analyze the report data, identify the issue & draw precise conclusions.  

Problem Solving & Strategy: Must-have skills providing the better strategy to design the better test-cases to enhance the productivity of system. 

Excellent Communication skills: effectively communicate about the bug report with teams & provide recommendation to improve the code-level structure 

Leadership quality to help the development team understanding the code implementation & reaching out to the technical solutions 

Report writing: Should have knowledge about writing the high-level test cases & formatting the report structure 

 Must have-Technical Skills (for experienced): 
     1. Agile Testing Tools – Selenium Web Driver & Appium 
     2. Working knowledge with API & serve side technologies
