As an Analyst, you will specialize in requirement gathering and to analyze the same in respective areas. Your role is of key importance, as it lays down the foundation for the entire project.

What we are looking for

Must-Have:

· Proficiency in Talend and other ETL and also scheduling tool based products like Autosys and solutions

· Experienced in data engineering, data modelling and metadata management related ETL and ELT architecture, design, and development

· Good experience in SQL, writing and debugging SQL queries

· Experienced of working in agile projects in onshore-offshore model

· Domain knowledge of insurance processes - Good aptitude, communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Good to Have:

· Unix Shell Scripting - Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server

· AWS sevices ((EC2, EMR, S3)

· Power BI and other reporting tools

Responsibilities:

· This role holds responsibility for the ETL solution design & development, data

modelling & integration and metadata management functions within a large

scale implementation project.

· Work with Product Owner/Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features.

· Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions.

· Requires the ability to partner with other vendors, actuaries, data modellers as well as customer architects.

· Ready to work for extended hours to liaise with onshore team and customers for resolving technical dependencies, issues, and risks.

· Support multiple Agile Scrum teams with planning, scoping and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities.

· Own development and delivery of few features every spr

Minimum Qualification:

• 15 years of full-time education;

• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
